The cherry on top of the cake for Galaxy S23 owners is the latest tip from a reliable tipster IceUniverse reveals that Samsung is planning a big update for the Galaxy S23 series that focuses on camera optimization.

Several Galaxy S23 series owners have complained about blurred images captured by using these phones for quite some time. Even the Galaxy S23 Ultra isn't spared and reportedly isn't performing up to the mark. Since the Galaxy S23 Ultra's primary 200MP camera delivers 12MP images because of the pixel-binning effect, there should be less noise, the images should be sharper, and have better dynamic range. But the users weren't getting the desired results.

The upcoming Galaxy S23 camera update could also improve the Night Mode

If we go by IceUniverse's information, Samsung will roll out a camera optimization update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra this March. It is speculated that along with the improvements in picture quality captured by these phones, the update would also touch upon the shutter lag issue usually present on Samsung phones. We would like to see it get close to the Apple iPhones, which are among the best.

According to IceUniverse, the upcoming Galaxy S23 update will also improve the Night Mode. Samsung has been accused of overprocessing and oversharpening images in the Night mode. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is guilty of the two siblings. The exact date of the update's rollout isn't mentioned, but you can expect the update to arrive towards the end of March. There could be a surprise knock on your Galaxy S23 as well.
